I’ve been using LBRY for a while, but recently I’ve run into some issues with syncing and my wallet not updating properly. I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced similar problems or if there’s a known fix.
The Issues I’m Facing:
- Syncing Problems – When I open the LBRY app, it sometimes takes a long time to sync with the network. Occasionally, it seems to get stuck and never fully syncs. Restarting the app helps sometimes, but not always.
- Wallet Balance Not Updating – I received some LBC from a friend, but my balance still hasn’t updated after several hours. The transaction appears on the blockchain when I check manually, but it’s not showing up in my wallet.
- Slow or Failed Transactions – When I try to send LBC to another wallet, the transaction either takes an unusually long time to confirm or fails altogether.
What I’ve Tried So Far:
- Restarting the LBRY app
- Clearing cache and restarting my computer
- Checking my internet connection (which seems fine)
- Running
lbrynet statusto see if there are any errors (but I’m not sure how to interpret the output)
Is this a common issue? Are there any troubleshooting steps I might have missed? Would re-syncing the blockchain manually help?
