How to backup lbry data to transfer to another device/platform?

I have shared some videos and wanting to move to other OS, how to transfer LBRY app data including my videos to other computer?

Here are shown LBRY app data paths: Where are all the behind the scenes files? - LBRY

In short:
On Linux: /home/user/.local/share/lbry/
On Windows: C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\lbry\
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/LBRY and ~/.lbryum

But is it fully cross-platform compatible, which are essential files?
